I specialize in working with teens (13+) and adults who feel like therapy—especially trauma therapy—hasn’t worked the way they hoped.
If you’ve felt overwhelmed, rushed, or like previous approaches didn’t quite fit how your brain and body process things, my goal is to offer something different: an intentional, attuned approach that’s paced to your nervous system—so you don’t have to push through or get flooded to make progress.
I use EMDR, Flash technique, and trauma-informed CBT, always adapting the process to your needs. Whether we’re building coping skills, understanding how your system responds to stress, or working toward deeper processing, you remain in control of the work.
My work is also informed by both professional training and lived understanding of neurodivergence, which helps me approach therapy in a way that is flexible, collaborative, and respectful of how different brains process and respond.
